Return Policy

I want to return my purchase! What should I do?

We pride ourselves on accepting any product in resalable condition up to 14 days from date of shipment – ​​without any restocking fees. You may receive a store credit or refund, less shipping costs. We will only refund the postage if we made a mistake while shipping your order (ie we shipped a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this particular case, please contact customer service for acceptance before returning the goods. If not, we don't offer free returns.

Any returned item that does not meet the above criteria (i.e. dirt, cigarette/smoke smell, covered in animal dander or deodorant stains, visible signs of wear, etc.) will not be eligible to return.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, and any attachments.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of custom-made items (special embroidery on GIs or belts, gloves, etc.). Hygienic products are also not accepted: mouth guards, groin guards, etc. even if they are new.
